As long as Dana Patterson is in real estate, she will always be my realtor that I will use on any real estate transaction that I may have. Her years of experience and her wonderful work ethic is by far the best that I have seen. Dana was available at any time and she went above and beyond to make my purchase the best experience I could have. She treated me as if I were her only customer she had and made my purchase transaction a breeze! I will always refer Dana to anyone seeking to sale or purchase real estate!

Dana was amazing as a real estate agent. She was prompt and very responsive on communications. She was also very knowledgeable about the local market which is so critical when listing a location. From the time Dana came out and started marketing until the time we had a buyer was less than 48 hrs. We were very satisfied with everything.

We knew several people who used Ms. Patterson to sell their home. She was very professional, had great advice for selling our home and purchasing another. I trusted her advice in all aspects from selling, financing, staging, closing, etc. She was always prompt in her communication to us. It was nice to have someone with such experience.

Dana was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout my long home buying process. She learned my needs and desires and diligently worked with me to find the perfect home.

Dana was prompt and efficient. She stayed in contact with us throughout the sale process. She did what she said she would do, which seems to be rare these days. We would be happy to use her in the future

Dana Patterson was always on our side helping in every way. I totally will use her again if ever needed
