Daniel Boulton

Dan has helped us buy two homes and sell one in the Columbus area, and we’d use him again without hesitation. He’s responsive, knows the market well, and stays calm when things get complicated, which they always do at some point. What I appreciated most is that he’s not pushy. He never steered us toward something more expensive than what we needed, and it was clear throughout the process that he actually cared about the outcome for us, not just closing the deal. Highly recommend if you’re buying or selling in the Columbus area.

Dan is the best! A friend recommended him to us when we moved to Columbus and he helped us buy our first home there, and then helped us sell that same home. After some not so great experiences with realtors, Dan was a breath of fresh air. He was very open and honest with us and realistic about what we could expect with both the home buying and selling process. He's extremely communicative, does extensive research, and makes sure you're well informed. He' always made us feel like a top priority and never rushed us into making decisions. If we move back to Columbus Dan is the first one we're calling! He's the best!
