Dan had a qualified buyer on the first day, who made an offer well above the asking price. Everything he said was accurate and what he did worked. It was an enjoyable experience working with Dan. He knows his business!!! The property sold and close quickly at over asking (Which seemed reasonable based on any analysis.) Everything went according to plan. (No surprises.) It was an excellent experience. I had 2 choices through my Company. Both were professional and presented similar data. Dan and Jennifer were in constant contact and sent a stager over to review my property and make suggestions at no obligation. The real reason for my selection, he and Jen were likable, pleasant, assertive, persistent and knowledgeable. He brought his team of professionals in to assist. He knew how to handle my Mother in-law's house sale. He also got a very good price. Everything went smooth. I like the Dan and Jennifer team. Always get the job done quickly and smoothly. He doesn't just list, He gets the maximum amount for the property. He fights for mo money in sellers wallet.
