Danielle's performance was beyond all expectations in every respect as a realtor and as an outstanding person. She exhibited excellent knowledge of Chico and nearby areas, and this enabled her to find several properties that we might be interested in looking at. It was unbelievable how available she was during the entire time of our purchase and even after we closed. She responded promptly to all our calls and texts, including "minor" issues and questions. She stayed on top of all the details and bulldogged other parties that needed to be prodded to get necessary things done to make it possible for the closing to occur on time. She did an outstanding, over-the-top job and is a realtor who should make her Century 21 office proud! If she had the time, it would be great if she were the realtor for every home sold in Chico!!
