Danielle is wonderful to work with. She is highly knowledgeable and is diligent with her services. I will never use another realtor for the Chico area. She is the best hands down!!!

Danielle was an amazing realtor from start to finish on the buying experience. She listened to my needs and wants and was consistently available when I had questions or needed something done. She was able to explain the mountains of paperwork in an easy to understand way and always talked me through documents even if we were e-signing them. Danielle ended up finding me a house that fit all of my space needs, was in a perfect location and in my price range. Everyone should feel so lucky as to have Danielle as their realtor! She truly cares about her client and her compassion shines through the whole process. She was my biggest advocate and ally during this process :)

Danielle was great from start to finish. She made buying my first home a great experience! Every step she was there with no issues in communication. It can be hard to find professionals these days and she knocked it out of the park! Thanks again Danielle.

Danielle and Georgie did an awesome job in selling me my dream home. Highly recommended!!!

Danielle was the best we closed down on the place really quick and easy. She response to everything professionally and fast as for us first time home buyer, thanks to her now we have a place to call home.

Danielle was AMAZING. I will recommend her to friends in Chico and neighboring areas. She responded to my questions immediately and with facts to backup the current real estate market so I knew that we were making the right choices in regards to price, concessions etc. She helped us get the house painted because we live and work out of the area (24 hour a day senior care business makes it nearly impossible to leave town). Danielle even pulled a couple of weeds in the front walk while prepping for the open house - absolute above-and-beyond service and amazing work ethic.

Having used Danielle before there was no question, we knew which broker we would use. Danielle has been very detail-oriented. She has on more than one occasion caught errors that I had not. In the long run and Danielle has saved us lots of money I find that Danielle's outgoing personality makes her very easy to work with. When I met Danielle two years ago and she helped us buy our house I could have never imagined we would buy another home so soon. After enduring the campfire and having to evacuate to a temporary home, Danielle made finding our new permanent place a wonderful experience! She has gone above and beyond for us on more than one account and we are forever grateful to her and Century 21. Thank you!
