Danielle was excellent through the whole process. On the ball as soon as we contacted her. Answered me and wife's questions promptly. Gave us great advice and reassurance, and even gave us sweets at closing. She's a realtor for life.
Danielle is very assertive for her clients. The first thing I asked was how comfortable she would be fighting for my best interests and she said absolutely. Throughout the process she was on top of everything timeliness. When I shared experiences with my original mortgage company she got frutarated FOR me that we could miss out on an opportunity. I ended up taking on a different mortgage company. Danielle is very knowledgable about the area and has a lot of good historical tid bits. She could look at a house and tell me things that may or may not match my needs. I felt really confident trusting Danielle to represent me. She was always available and I did not feel like I could not be honest with her on private matters regarding the type of home I wanted.
We cannot say enough good about Danielle. We first were introduced three years ago in the purchase of the condo that we are selling now, at that time everything was done over the phone until we returned from our home in Florida. In calling her for the sale of our condo this time, she was professional, knowledgeable and prompt as before, and our residence never made the MLS. It was sold to someone that she knew that was looking so the sale was done very quickly. She's a great person and we would highly recommend her to those that are in need of a agent should the need arise again, we would definitely use her.
We appreciated Danielle Clark’s professionalism. She was thorough and walked us through the process as first time buyers. She was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Her honesty and integrity is impeccable, and she quickly rectified issues when they arose. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy broker backed by a very knowledgeable and reputable team at Coldwell Banker Realty Newark office.
