Danielle surpassed my expectations!

We are out of state so Danielle Costello worked with our needs and time restrictions esp when it came to the winter weather disrupting things. She was always in touch and responsive. We conmunicated our wants and she worked within those boundries and when she couldnt make an appointment due to an injury she made sure the meeting still occured with another knowledgeable agent knowing we had limited time to see properties. Also just as important Danielle Costello brought with her local contacts who could help us improve the property and/or get things closed in a timely manner.

I have worked with several agents over the past two years while looking for a home. Danielle was by far the best!!! She walked me thorough every step of the process making sure that not only did I understand all details of the process but also that I was comfortable. She was always responsive and very helpful. Dani was amazing! The seller had a realtor with which I would consider a very difficult personality. Dani kept us abreast of every situation and gave advice on how to proceed. We were ultimately able to close weeks before original closing date. She was awesome!
