I believe Danny Beutler had a great understanding of where the market was at on pricing the property. If the house had sold in a day or two, a seller feels like it was sold to cheap. Danny priced the property where good offers were coming in and he got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time for everyone. I think the sale was fair to the buyer and the seller. Danny Beutler is too honest to be a used car salesman, however I would sell or buy property with his help as an agent again.

Stuck with Danny throughout the homebuying process because of his kind and patient demeanor. Danny understood what I was looking for and was a great help through the entire homebuying process. I will recommend Danny to all of my friends.

Highly recommend Danny Beutler! One of his big focus is YOUR needs which is so nice to have in an agent. Throughout the whole process he really has you in mind, makes sure you are comfortable with every decision, and is great with communicating every step of the process! Best agent in the area!

Danny Beutler did a great job for us in the sale of two homes. Definitely will use Danny in the future for all of my real estate needs.

My nephew who I regard to be one of the smartest people I know recommended Danny because of his knowledge and incredible command of his job and he was right

Danny Beutler was a great agent to work with. He was always prompt with getting back to us to answer any questions that we had and was very patient. We would absolutely work with him in the future!
