We would recommend Danny Beutler to all my friends and family! He was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the selling process. He is very good at explaining details, handling all the paperwork, and getting the job done! With his strong negotiation skills, he was able to get it sold for ALL the money! In this crazy market we’re currently in, he is definitely the guy your looking for when buying or selling your home. Go see Dan The Real-Estate Man!

Danny went above and beyond to make our home buying process smooth and efficient. He worked with the builder to make sure our needs were met and that items were completed in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Danny’s services again for our next home or investment property. I have already referred my parents to Danny and will continue to send friends and family to him knowing they will be taken care of. Thank you Danny Beutler. We appreciate you!

We found our realtor, Danny Beutler by responding to a card he had tucked into our front gate. This showed us he gets out there and hustles work. We spent about 5 min. with him before we knew he was the realtor for us. We not only appreciate Danny Beutler’s kindness, professional way of handling the sale of our home, we love that he loved our home too and was exited to sell it. We appreciated being able to call him with any questions or concerns we had and he would always work it out or get an answer for us right away. He represented us very well and always had our best interest at heart. It was nice to know that Danny was handling all aspects of our sale honestly and with integrity. After the sale he helped us arrange the sale of our John Deere snow blower with the buyer’s realtor and that was very helpful. We would refer Danny Beutler to anyone. We not only found a fantastic, competent realtor. We have made a great friend!

Danny did a great job. He was helpful and got the job done. Thanks for easing our sale and moving on to further ventures. We will use and recommend Danny for future sales.
