Another successful transaction with Darlene (previously a commercial property and purchase of our current home), this was a Cape Cod home that was used by our daughter before she moved. The professionalism and expertise in both setting the price and advice on improving the home was excellent. The staging of the 1948 home made a huge difference in it's marketability. Also impressed with her handling of the sale and sharing a memorable story of how the buyers found and fell in love with the home. Post sale communication was also excellent.

While most of her sales are residential, we also had her put our commercial property on the market. We had success selling it for the land value and she was great guiding us through the process of dealing with a LLC / commercial buyer including inspections required for commercial construction.
