Darryl Van Eerde

I recently had the pleasure of working with Darryl to find my new home, and I can’t recommend him enough. Whenever I found a place I wanted to see, he was quick to meet me with the keys and guide me through the process of viewing and applying to purchase the property. He went above and beyond to find homes that fit exactly what I was looking for. His flexibility with scheduling viewings made the whole experience stress-free, and he was always supportive, approachable, and easy to talk to. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was also friendly, funny, and just an all-around great guy to work with. If you’re looking for someone who will truly be on your side and make the home-buying process seamless and enjoyable, go with Darryl!

Darryl was excellent. He paid attention to our priorities and helped us focus on properties that suited our needs. He has a good knowledge of construction and potential problems with properties and things to look out for. He was also a fantastic advocate for us, providing good advice and going to bat for us when we needed him. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again or recommend him.

We had a great experience with our realtor Darryl from Liv! He was professional, friendly, patient, and always there to support us throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything, was excellent with negotiations, and was very patient while showing us lots of different homes until we found the right one. He also had great contacts for a home inspector and movers, which was incredibly helpful. We highly recommend him and really appreciate everything he did for us!
