He came to look at the house within 30 minutes of being contacted, walked through the house, suggested an asking price, went back to his office, returned within 15 minutes and helped me answer all the questions on the seller forms, and told me he'd have the house online and available to buyers within 24 hours. In fact he showed the house to 2 potential buyers the next morning (less than 24 hours of it being online) with one passing on it and the other offering a pre-approved bid, which I accepted - with the house selling in less than 24 hours!
