Dave had a solid plan for how to move our home quickly. Being a family with small children, Dave suggested we do an open house rather than multiple showings, which made things so much easier for us. He had a very good understanding of what our home was actually worth, and got us that amount. I think Dave's biggest strength is his trustworthiness. We always felt he was telling us the truth, not just what we wanted to hear. We also felt he was working in our best interests, not just his own. Dave made this process as easy as possible and we really couldn't have asked for more from him.

We knew Dave when we chose our realtor and agency, but from a performance perspective, he was everything we'd want in a realtor. He knew the market, knew how to price the property and ended up getting above asking price for us. It couldn't have gone any better.

We were really particular in what we were looking for and Dave was really patient with us. I always felt like he was on top of things, quick to contact us when a property of potential interest was coming up and quick to get us in to see things. I really never fill out surveys with all excellents, but there just wasn't any area I felt like I could only mark Dave "good" in. He's become someone we felt we could really trust, has always been quick to communicate or reply and never made us feel like we were asking "too much" during our search.

I have used Dave several times in the buying and selling of property. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and communicative. Dave kept us informed of every upcoming prospect and showing via text. He would then follow up with the results. He worked very hard to sale the property and we were able to get the results we wanted thanks to him. Dave is an excellent choice!
