Dave was so easy to work with. He made sure we always had everything we needed. Dave also updated us regularly and was always available to answer questions. He always answered my texts quickly and helped us set up our water test for our well. He made the showings and final walk through amazing with his knowledge of the house. I would recommend him to anyone buying a house! He made the journey to buying our first house a wonderful experience!

Very efficient and communicative. Always had a timeline and stuck to it. Kept us informed of all events happening even if they were very insignificant. Very professional. Whenever I had a question I would email Dave and he would respond within a very reasonable amount of time to each and every email. We sold our property and we were four hours away. It was nice we had a choice of 3 places to go to for the closing with the title company. It ended up only being a 40 min drive instead of 4 hours.
