I think I explained everything in the statements above. Dave did great work, respected our wishes as sellers, kept us in the loop at all times, even when I had questions at 9pm on a Saturday night, Dave was quick to respond. You can tell Dave takes his profession very seriously, and is definitely not just a 9-5 Monday-Friday job to him. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and was there to explain the process to us the entire way thru the deal. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dave twice now and no doubt that if I need realtor services in the future he will be my first phone call!
