Dave Flandro went above and beyond my expectations for an agent. He knew I had interest in commercial property and brought me the project I purchased along with all details surrounding the property. He checked with city officials and utility companies to assure the project was feasible and I had to do very little with the research of the property...it was all brought to me. Dave is very professional, follows through, and is aware of deadlines. When we needed additional time for closing he was able to move the close date back. I would strongly recommend Dave Flandro to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Very good person helps me all way and i realy like him a lot and i will use him again

Dave took care of everything from making sure we had a home Warrenty to ensuring all contracts were complete, accurate, and in a very timely manner. His communication was great and I felt like I knew what was going on every step of the way (which was a great relief for a first-time home buyer like myself). I felt very confident in Dave’s expertise the whole time and I could tell his number 1 priority was taking care of us and making sure we were 100% satisfied. I will be using Dave for my next home purchase whenever that is.

Dave was like a member of the family and you could tell he wanted us to succeed in getting the home we wanted

Dave was highly recommended to us and we have enjoyed the relationship with him. He help us sell our previous house and it was done very quickly and professionally. He is at the top of the class when it comes to knowing what the needs and requirements are in getting things done.

Was not an easy task selling our home but Dave stuck it out and committed 100% of his time and efforts to make us very happy and satisfied

We were considering selling our home as a sale by owner when we started a conversation with Dave about the value of our home. Not only was he able to provide us with local data that supported the best asking price, but he was able to sell our home within just a couple weeks. He helped us avoid the common mistakes of selling a home and took care of all the minutia of paperwork and communication. His knowledge and expertise in the real estate field made navigating the sale of our home easy. Thank you, Dave Flandro!

Dave was just a wonderful agent. We felt like he answered all of our questions and then some. He was very available to us and worked around our schedule. Offered additional assistance continually throughout the process of closing on the house. We would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to our friends and family.
