Very helpful with trying to meet our needs even while I was out of town for a week or two at a time. With me being out of town he even went to look at houses and then called with recommendations on whether or not we might like it. Was also very knowledgeable on the area and where to look for a home . Also helped us to stay within our budget which was critical as a first time home buyer.
