Dave went above and beyond to assist me and my family. I will recommend him to everyone that is looking for a realtor. I hope to work with him again in the future.

We are glad we had the opportunity to work with Dave Hoskins during our home buying process. We can honestly say that Dave went above and beyond to help make this process as smooth as possible. From his availability (at any time), to the leg work to get things done…such as scheduling appts, making copies, turning in documents, phone call check-ins, etc. Dave helped us tremendously get through this process to the end, and we are so grateful he was the one helping us.

I have David's number and will pass it to anyone buying or selling a home in Virginia's. Tryuly and amazing agent!!!

Always on time and very easy to be reached at all times of the day.
