Dave was very personable and even let us use his trailer to help us move. Dave was one of the first people that I met when we moved to Dowagiac. In fact, he helped us find a rental house for our fast move to Dowagiac, which says a lot about him because I know that he did not make any profit from that, he just helped a stranger in need. So when it came time a few months later to buy a house, there was no question who we wanted as our realtor. Dave was wonderful to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area, and did not sugar coat things. He was straightforward, and we really appreciated that. He knew the comparable houses in the area for pricing. He was always very quick in getting us into a house that we wanted to see. We would recommend Dave as a realtor to any friend.

Dave went beyond what a common agent would do to sell a house.

Sold my house in less than 1 week! I would recommend him for all of your Real Estate needs. Dave knows how to take the ball and run with it! Dave has been my agent for many years and has shown an that he understands his local market and will do his best to get you as much as he can for your sale. I would have no problem recommending him for either Residential or Commercial properties in this area.

Dave went out of his way to help me prepare the cottage and help with other issues that I had as the well and other issues

I would recommend Dave Springsteen to anyone and everyone I know meet anything. He was super approachable and knowledgeable on every aspect of our buying experience. He helped us find houses to look at. When we found the one we really wanted he ever helped us with getting everything needed to close finished it was awesome. I have already recommended him to some people I know and I truly hope that they give him a call and decide to use him.
