He was patient in helping me find what I needed and after listening to all my needs / wants, ultimately found my my perfect home. He is a very detail oriented and organized person, and coordinated everything with the bank, closing attorney, inspectors, insurance company and however many others that need to be contacted, so that everything was done in a timely manner and the closing went smoother than I ever expected. David went out of his way to keep me updated on everything that was going on by cc'ing me on emails or calling me. He was always available to answer any questions I had and usually got back to me within an hour if he missed my call. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was about all the rules and regulations regarding purchasing a home.
