Dave REALLY knows his stuff. He handled everything expertly and explained things so that we could easily understand. He made our first home buying experience extremely smooth and comfortable. Dave went above and beyond in being available to us, and he was extremely patient and polite. My husband described his demeanor as, "able to lose a game of Monopoly with a smile on his face," and I thought that was pretty accurate. He's also just really easy and fun to talk to.
