We have dealt with Dave Barton previously when relocating to South Carolina. He is the best realtor you could ever deal with, he is very professional without being stuffy. He goes out of his way to make sure you get the property you want. If any issues arise, he is quick to take care of it. His communication skills are awesome, you always know what is going on.............no surprises.
