This is the third house transaction we have with Mr. David Colson. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He always responds to our questions promptly. I highly recommend Mr. Colson without reservation.

David was courteous and knowledgeable and got me full asking price the first day. He knew what the market was doing and guided me to make a good decision on the initial asking price. I couldn't be happier with the process with him, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

David was fantastic from start to finish. Couldn't ask for better. David is a consummate professional.

David Colson is a rare find. He is an excellent Broker. He genuinely cares about your needs. He is able to take care of anything in a professional and timely manor. You will feel very well taken care of through the entire home buying process. I highly recommend David Colson for all of your real estate needs.

Great agent. Highly recommend him to help you find your home.

David is very patient especially since I have not purchased too many properties in my lifetime. He was always great about staying in touch, always on time for appointments and never tired of my endless questions. I joked with him that he was working only for me full time. That's what it feels like when I work with him. He makes it seem like I'm his only client. This is the second property I have purchased with David and I would not consider anyone else in the future. However, he did such a great job at finding this great place for me, I may never move again. Sorry, David!!

David was a gem for us both on the long process towards purchase and even after the close of escrow. We would recommend him highly!
