David Colson gave us wonderful advice which allowed us to purchase the first home we made an offer on. The house had a significant amount of problems and he was able to negotiate for us and the seller fixed almost everything we asked for. He worked quickly, gave excellent advice, and was very honest and thorough in explaining anything we didn't understand. He was recommended to us by two of our family members and we will be recommending him to my little sister when she is ready to buy a house next year. He was a pleasure to work with.
