I can highly recommend David for a variety of positive attributes that made our home-buying process smooth. David usually works with clients and homes which are on another level from this first-time homebuyer, but he never made us feel that way in the slightest and was always available to make a showing happen on short notice. He was informative and answered all of our questions about the houses themselves (we looked at a wide variety) and the process in general. I think that David's demeanor and approachability makes him both a great companion for a home buyer and someone that other real estate agents respect and work with well. His family has been selling houses in the greater KC area for many years and they have a good reputation in the industry. That's worth its weight in gold.
