David Dempsey

David was fantastic! He was quick to respond, patient and knowledgeable. He definitely took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Even when the other side's realtor was less experienced, he covered the gaps there to make sure all went according to plan.

David , listened attentively to what our criteria was and followed it wonderfully. He gave honest opinions and didnt push for sales but instead offered to keep looking if we didnt absolutely love the house. He fought for us when things didnt go as planned on the sellers side, and was polite and professional in doing so. When needed if he didnt have an answer to a question he went out of his way to get an accurate answer. David made the experience of buying our first house have as little pressure and stress as possible.

Very good experience working with David to purchase the property overall. He went above and beyond to accommodate the fact that I was doing the 1st visit of the house by video call as I was in another province. He made sure that Shannon and I understood the paperwork that was sent our way. He made sure that the line of communication between us and the seller was as clear as possible.
