Dave did a great job of evaluating the marketing my neighborhood. The sale was quick and easy.

I saw David for the first time on his commercial at my local movie theater and thought to myself, "I wonder if you really GET David Dorman" when you hire David Dorman. Well, let me tell you. You don't only get David Dorman, you get his whole team and that is exactly what they are. A TEAM! They are professional, very personable and streamlined from beginning to end and they were able to overcome any obstacle that presented itself. If there was something they couldn't answer with 100% confidence, they got the correct answer and got back to me immediately. I have used David a few times now with my transactions and I wouldn't have it any other way! A truly fantastic experience every time. Don't take my word for it, take everyone's and then find out for yourself.

I simply cannot recommend David Dorman enough! We selected him based on his track record of sales in our part of town, but also based on the previous testimonials we had read about him. Throughout the entire experience, David was polite, professional and accessible. He kept us informed throughout every step of the process and would answer any questions that we had. Even though we knew the house would sell quickly, he didn't take any shortcuts when it came to marketing the home. His photographer took amazing pictures that really showcased the home and the amount of written detail in the listing was astounding. When offers came in, he explained each one in detail and gave his expert opinion on what steps we should take next. We trusted his advice and let him guide us through the process. It only took two days before we were under contract and 30 days to close. Everything went as smooth as possible! Please trust the reviews and feel confident in selecting him. If I ever find myself looking for a property in the Central Florida area again, he will be my realtor!

David did a great job of helping us find a neighborhood that fit our outdoor lifestyle. He helped us pick out a home and close while we were living out of state. He acted as tour guide and friend throughout the whole process. Highly Recommend.

David did an amazing job for us. Not only did he sell it fast but for more than we had hoped for.
