He helped us navigate the unexpected snafus that happened around an inspection finding and seller closing issues, and maybe most importantly, helped us craft a serious but not extravagant offer that won us the house. He has a great mix of confidence that comes from experience and humility about the current market realities. One other thing: David's sense of humor helped put me at ease, when the home buying process can otherwise be tense. And David's utter reliability put my partner at ease.

I would 100% recommend David Dorman for anyone especially first time home buyers. He took a lot of the stress off of me and made home buying easy and if something comes up he is quick to come up with a solution. If your thinking about buying a house I would go with David Dorman.
