David Dorman and his associate, Scott Penyak, did an outstanding job marketing and selling our home. David had a excellent knowledge of the market and the local area and Scott facilitated working around some delays on our part in getting the house ready for market by using a "Coming Soon" approach. Because of this approach, we received two visits and a very credible offer on the first day the house was officially on the market and closed less than a month after. David had very good communication with both us and the buyer's broker throughout.

David was so easy to talk to and to do business with. This was not an easy sale for me yet David gave me peace knowing he would handle everything for me and it would be done properly. I highly recommend him and would use his services again in a heartbeat!

This was our first ever home purchase. Not only were we dealing with the stress of trying to purchase a home but we were also planning changes in our jobs and a relocation to another city.
