It was easy working with Dave. I like the fast communication and rapid responses to questions. Thank you Dave!

David's knowledge and experience were vital to the purchase of our new home. Without his support and extensive network this purchase would not have happened. In the past, I've only needed agents to grant access to look at properties and to pass along contracts and assist. However, this home purchase was very involved from the loan to the finding the right house, to getting the contract negotiated. I cannot stress how effective David was at explaining details, and the Prescott real estate landscape to us. No other agent I've ever used has been as helpful and professional. Thanks for everything, and I will definitely be using David/Better Homes again in the future for any real estate transactions!!

We were very happy with David Eichbaum. He was very helpful dealing with us on pricing the sale of our house in Prescott Valley. We would recommend David again & again. We always felt that he had our backs though out the whole process. Thank you David Eichbaum!!!

David was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. He helped us with finding workers and he went above and beyond to get our house ready to put up on the market. He performed well and we highly recommend him.

Dave made it painless with all of the tools he put at our disposal in addition to keeping us as up-to-date with all activity related to the offers and subsequent sale.

David had worked with us previously in finding a home. It did not work out but he was helpful and professional and I had always planned to use him if I ever looked again. David was beyond helpful and professional throughtout the entire process. I dont know if I could ever have done any of this without David - his help in referring me to individuals to hellp me with renovations, etc were incredible. He is a rare find!

When I met David, I knew he was the person for the job. I had complete confidence in him and it what was a wonderful experience! I recommend him highly! Everything happened quickly and went smoothly. I would recommend David Eichbaum to anyone selling a home! His prediction of a fast sale happened exactly the way he said it would.

David Eichbaum is the most thorough, knowledgeable and hard-working realtor I have ever worked with. Truly a pleasure dealing with him!
