So here's the deal about Essuman: Amplifiers have settings that go from zero to 10. David goes to eleven. Just a notch above when you need that little extra oomph. Great communicator. Way professional, Fair negotiator. Uses funny catch-phrases. Informs you every step of the way. Makes you feel like you're his only client. Plus dude is an impeccable dresser. So there's that. I was uncertain about the need for a realtor given that this was my first home sale. David changed all that. Highest recommendation. Nice work, David.

David Essuman was great! He worked really hard for us. I was a little worried because he had a vacation scheduled right after our home was listed, but you wouldn't have even known he was on vacation for how hard he worked and our home sold within two weeks.
