I would never have considered working with any other realtor than David Gust. I have known him for 15 years and previously worked with Gust Realty on a rental property. From this perspective, I can attest that David is the most hardworking, knowledgeable, and professional business owner and realtor in this area, and I knew he would be the perfect choice when I was ready to purchase a townhome in the Western suburbs. David's vast knowledge of the area and specific townhome communities was a valuable resource in narrowing down my search, pinpointing specific locations which met my very specific criteria, and eventually finding the perfect townhome for me. David is an extremely skilled negotiator who developed a strategy including an escalation clause which led to my bid being accepted over 10 others in an extremely competitive market. It was truly a pleasure to work with David Gust at every stage of my search and eventual purchase of my new home. David is amazingly energetic, fun, and positive, but also calming, supportive, and reassuring when needed. He goes above and beyond for his clients, the lines of communication are always open, and he was accessible immediately when new listings came up. David really exhibits all of the characteristics of a top real estate professional. My overall experience with David Gust/ Gust Realty LLC was nothing short of amazing from start to finish, and I truly believe that I would not have found my perfect townhome in this challenging market without David Gust and his network of professionals. I strongly recommend David Gust to anyone looking to work with the best real estate professional in Chicago. Thanks again David!

David treated me like family and I always knew he had my family’s best interest at heart when we’d look at homes. He’s knowledgeable and efficient and helped me get a deal that will set my family on a perfect new path! I recommend him to anyone!

I've dealt with David Gust in the past and have been very pleased. He is very friendly, personable and knowledgeable in his field. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. He's the best! Thanks Dave!

I cannot imagine a better person to help us close on our first home! David Gust helped us navigate every part of the process: from referring us to mortgage brokers, inspectors, attorneys, and even painters when we moved in. Every person he referred us to was excellent. The entire process was seamless - even when our closing date changed a few times, David made sure all parties were accommodated. He was with us for the inspection, arranged a “home tutorial” with the sellers (we are first time home owners and this was the best hour spent!), and was at the closing. David is straightforward, fair, and most importantly trustworthy. I would recommend David to all my friends and family.

I spoke to a few other realtors, but David Gust was the most knowledgeable and had proposed an excellent marketing plan. He helped prepare us for listing and and my place was under contract in less than 6 hours!! I was very happy with the selling price and he helped make the whole transaction hassle free. Like any real estate transaction there are so many questions and David Gust was always available to take our call and get us the information we needed. He recommended a real estate attorney and a moving company that were both great also. Talk about end to end service ! This guy does it all ! He also attended the closing and made sure everything was wrapped up and got our proceeds on time. Thank you David Gust !

David found us our dream home ! He found us a great property just what we were looking for. Saved us time from driving around searching, provided great homes to look at. Quick with the negotiation process and made the whole experience stress free.
