I was stressed about selling my home his energy and experitze made it fun! Do not hestaite in hiring David you will be greatly pleased!

We had an excellent experience with David. Because he had worked with my family before, we knew we could trust him wholeheartedly. Trust was an extremely valuable thing as he guided us through the home-buying process with an emphasis on what was best for us. He helped us make a fair competitive offer with clauses we wouldn't have considered that helped us win the bid on our dream home. He was knowledgable, always accessible, and a pleasure to work with. I will be recommending David and his team to any friends who are looking for a real estate agent, and would recommend anyone else to use him in their search as well.

I felt like I was David's only customer even though I know he is a very busy broker. He was always available on any day at any time. He was so responsive and really truly felt he "had my back" throughout the entire process. David is excellent at what he does.

My husband was moved to a memory care facility. We had some issues and need guidance. We needed to fix some issues in the home. David went above and beyond dealing with the village inspection and repairs that needed to done prior to closing. It was a huge undertaking and David did a great job! I really appreciate his team and their support!

Thank you for making this difficult process an easy one. You guys did a great job!!

David assisted another family in a similiar situation and they spoke highly of the service they received. I reside in California and we were selling my recently deceased Dad's condo. David and his team (Donna & Nina) provided a turnkey operation of sourcing a trash out company, professional cleaners while shipping some personal belongings to me. This resulted in me not having to return in person to Illinois for any reason. I could reach David 24-7 if needed and his team of Nina and Donna kept me aware of info needed and sale progression in an extremely timely manner. Top notch performance above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Century 21 Gust Realty! He said tha tproperty would move fast and it did. The sale clsoed fast as well. Well done!
