I recently sold my home is Arlington, Tx and this is what David Hart did to assist me in selling my home. Once I decided to sell I had several questions about the process as it had been a few years since I'd moved into my property. David quickly gained my confidence with his professionalism and knowledge. He explained to me the current Market. David was my neighbor and would periodically give me a range of values that he thought my property was worth in our conversations. David provided me with a market analysis and appraisal as to what my property should sell for based on other properties that had recently sold in my area. He did a great job in preparing a Virtual Tour Video and on line pictures. Once the home was listed it sold in a week and half. Great Job David! That's not all. I had to sell some furniture in my transition. David stepped up and helped me with that as well. I strongly recommend David Hart if you are looking to sell you home or buy one as well.

David was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help sell the house. Throughout the whole process, David was there to help out with whatever needed doing. He even blew off the drive way, to keep potential buyers from tracking dirt and debris into the house. He helped move boxes and other large items to my new place as well. If you're thinking of buying or selling a house, David would be an excellent choice.

David went above and beyond for us in selling our property. He's the consummate professional and is a great communicator. He knows the market well and had the house properly listed. He helped me clean it out after the sale and was very supportive. I will use him again when I am ready to purchase another property.

David is local to the area and really knows the market in our neighborhood. He is also incredibly well-prepared and thorough. I trusted David 100 percent! I could not imagine a better choice for a realtor. David checks all the boxes when it comes to being friendly, reliable, timely, and knowledgeable. We knew that we could rely on David throughout the process. David went above and beyond our expectations throughout the process of listing, selling, and closing on our house. He even helped out at the last minute when a tree limb fell on our fence! I would recommend David to anyone who is selling or buying a house in the area. He is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and completely dependable. We had a great experience with David!
