David Howard and his team are hands down the best sales team. I highly recommend them. Starting on day one of our contract, Dave listened to my needs and never veered, he was always on time, always available and always communicated clearly. David provided step by step details of what was happening and what needed happen during the showing and contract acceptance processes. David and his team are professional and enthusiastic about selling homes and the results of their attitude speaks for its self. David knows the market and how it works. He told me on day one that my house will sell in 2 weeks and it did! Thank you, David!

Every step of the way from the decision to list to the final sale David Howard provided excellent guidence and expertice. His judgement never faltered and he was right on target with each assessment. To say we could not have done it without him is a huge understatement. We felt safe, guided and cared for. Again, we recommend him to EVERYONE looking for a perfect sales experience!

David was professional and focused and kept me informed through the entire process. I not only bought a property through him, but also listed my home with David. He was positive during the process in particular when there were some special issues that came up. I will definitely recommend hm to friends and acquaintances in the future. Great job at all levels of the process Excellent in all aspects. David made a major decision with both properties manageable and positive.

Working with David was a successful and pleasant experience. Would happily recommend David to others.
