David Hughes

I've worked with David several times over the years, both buying and selling properties, and at this point, I'm starting to think he comes with the house! David is truly one of the kind - knowledgeable , professional , honest and patient ! He's always available, always looking out for your best interests, and somehow always one steap ahead. After working with him so many times, I can confidently say that DAVID isnt just my real estate broker - he's my real estate therapist, negotiatior , problem solver and occasional miracle worker! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my real estate adventures . David , thank you so much for putting up with me all these years! Cant wait to work with you again :)

David was there to assist me with every aspect of my purchase. He was knowledable in all of the questions that I had. David was professional in every way possible. I enjoyed working with him and look forward to working with him again!

Being 3000 miles away I had many concerns with being able to sell the house in a timely manner. David put any issues I had to rest. He did an incredible job presenting the house and we had multiple offers within 2 days. David turned a stressful situation into a walk in the park. I highly reccomended his services. A
