David Knudson

Dave was the perfect agent for us. He was very kind, considerate, and zoned in as to what are needs/wants were in looking for our forever home. He was always professional and was on top of looking for homes that he thought matched our wants. Dave was always available when we reached out and if he didn't answer he got back to us ASAP. I Would highly recommend Dave to anyone I know who is looking for an agent. I believe he is the best out there. He always made us feel comfortable, supported and a high priority. Thanks Dave for all your hard work in helping us find our amazing forever hone.

I was very impressed with my experience with Dave Knudson. He was the listing agent for my parents townhome in Bemidji. They moved 2 hours away and Dave traveled to them on 3 different occasions to obtain signatures, and they didn't have to be at the closing. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. I would highly recommend Dave for real estate needs.

It's was good
