I relocated from out of town and didn’t know much about the Virginia Beach area, and David was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. He arranged virtual tours so I could see as many properties as possible and made time for me on weekends when I was in town. He even worked with me late into a Saturday afternoon to finalize an offer. What I appreciated most about David was his responsiveness and his ability to quickly understand my taste, style, and priorities. He never wasted our time showing me properties that didn’t fit my criteria, which I’ve found rare in past experiences. Instead, he focused on what truly mattered to me. As someone new to the area, I also valued that he introduced me to neighborhoods I might not have considered—without ever being pushy if I wasn’t interested after a viewing. I am thankful for the referral I had for David & TREG to guide me through my first home buying expereience and would recommend him for his knowledge from start-finish.

David Phillips was recommended by a friend who recently sold their home in our neighborhood. David knows what it takes to sell a home. He does the homework and verifies all offers coming through to ensure they are solid. It was very important to us that we sold our home quickly since we were relocating. We didn't have time to wait for an offer to fall through at the end. I've bought and sold many homes but David was the only one that I've ever worked with that gave good advice and looked out for us during the selling process. Thank you

David did a terrific job. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about the market. He stayed calm and steady throughout the process. He listened to my concerns and was very responsive to my situation. I don't think anyone else could have done a better job. I am extremely satisfied with David's successful sales of my hope. Will highly recommend him!

I have been through many transactions buying and selling properties with David Phillips. David knows the market very well and he utilized his experience to achieve success in all his transactions with me. David reviewed all details involved with the sale of the home to insure accuracy of all the information in the contract. I highly recommend him.

David Phillips managed to sell my home for OVER asking price in LESS THAN A WEEK during a time where interest rates were at an all time high and in the SLOWEST months of the year. Not only that but David referred the proper contractors for me to get the house "sale-ready". His communication was top notch and he was knolwegable every step of the way -- answering every question I had (even though there was a lot of them.) Would recommend David Phillips as your agent WITHOUT hesitation whether you're buying or selling (he's done both for me.)

David was great to work with. His local knowledge and his eye for detail when viewing properties were invaluable. He was able to highlight the qualities and potential shortcomings of a property for our consideration to ensure we were making a good decision for our family's needs. He was also a great sounding board during the negotiation process and was able to make sure everything moved along smoothly from start to finish with good communication.
