If you are looking for a reliable, conscientious realtor David Phillips is your man, an absolute godsend in selling our home. He provided the guidance we needed to renovate our home that made it a step above the other condos in the area. The contractor referrals he provided made the experience painless compared to finding folks to do good work relying on reviews only, personal references are always best. Everything from general maintenance to kitchen remodeling, ceiling to floor and everything in between David knows who to call. Granite counter tops, electrical, painting, flooring and the cleaning crew to polish the place after it was all done. David has a cheerful, energetic tone and can-do, helpful attitude that shines for you and the prospective buyer. Thanks to his guidance and interior design recommendations we had two contracts within two days of listing and our home was sold in a month! If you want to sell your home in a timely manner and get more than you expected then hire David to be your realtor. Listen to his recommendations to make your home appealing to buyers. He’s been doing this a long time and knows what it takes to make a home “wow” the next owners.

We met David at an open house, and we knew within 15 minutes that we wanted to work with him to find our next house. Unexpectedly, he called me at the same day I had put calling him on my to-do list. His communication and availability in responding to emails and phone calls was excellent and he was a tremendous help both in walking through properties and crafting competitive offers. In the end, he finally convinced me to look at a property he had been discussing for weeks which turned out to be perfect and my wife fell in love with. He quickly worked our offer up and helped us negotiate an acceptance in no time. I am happy to enthusiastically recommend his services and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

I bought a house with David in 2005 and was highly impressed with his service and know how back then. Since then he’s only become more knowledgeable about the market, marketing, and ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction. I’m in the military and moved away but still needed to sell my house. David handled the entire sale and transaction for me and went above and beyond what anyone would expect from an agent. From managing the contractors, to recommending other specialists, he ensured everything was done right and on time, plus I got over list price! Great service! He’s the only agent I use in the Virginia Beach area!
