Good luck getting a full service broker at a discount, but that is exactly what Dave does. No shortcuts. Dave is first class all the way. The pictures on our old house were awesome he even paid for rush delivery because of pending interest in our house. We got a warranty on our new house with a rekey benefit which we fully intend to use. Dave resolved an inspection item on our old house with one of his rebates. I've used Dave before and have recommended him to family and friends. He knows the local market and used his vast experience to navigate us through the art of the deal. Real estate is an emotional type of event in your life. Dave is great to work with and understands the in's and outs and takes time to explain everything to you.
