David Prouty was the best I will use him in the future

Dave Prouty did an amazing job of walking us through the home buying process and helped us find a wonderful home! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home. He is punctual, patient, helpful, and kind. He made the process easy and fun!

Dave did a great job of getting my property sold!

As first time home buyers we had no knowledge of the process. Dave helped us from start to finish. He took time to explain all of the steps and really made us feel comfortable. He was always available to talk and spent a lot of time making sure we made the best offer. He really worked on our behalf. I would highly recommend Dave!
