Dave was very attentive and informative about the whole process. He was flexible and patient.

David Rodgers was always available for looking at houses I found and available to answer any questions I had about potential listings or scheduling. Very knowledgeable about the various processes and easy to talk to. He was also very patient when I picked listings outside of his typical area of familiarity. David made the home search and buying process much less stressful than it could have been. I would definitely recommend David to anyone I know looking for a new home in the area and will certainly go back to him if I move back to Goshen.

My wife and I highly recommend David Rogers to anyone looking to purchase a home. From the start David was great to work with. Being a first time home buyer can be very stressful, but working with David took that stress away. Our initial meeting he took the time to make sure we understood everything about how the home buying process works. He truly takes the time to get to know the people he is working with. We truly felt that For him it is not just about selling a home, but getting his clients into a home they will absolutely love! We greatly appreciate everything David did for us and we will definitely be working with him again in the future!

David was a great realtor for me. There were times where I thought that I was being too picky with houses and wasting his time because we had looked at several. He reassured me that he was there for the long haul and that his job was to help me find the right house for me. David is very knowledgeable of every aspect of purchasing a home, there was never a time that I asked a question that he could not answer.

Licensed in both Indiana and Michigan. Great communication. Fast response. Very helpful with understanding the home buying process especially for first time buyers. Showing and closing went very smoothly. He went above and beyond to help answer any questions. Working with David was a great experience. We will be recommending him to friends and family. We would definitely work with him in the future.
