David Rottkamp is the most trustworthy and experienced realtor I have dealt with. My family and I were treated like family when with David. He was patient and always available when we had questions. He listened to everything we said and found us the house of our dreams! David was there form the beginning to end and after many houses he found the “one”. I can’t say enough about David and he has become a friend to the family.

Dave was referred to us by Terri Ditti as she was going out of town for an extended vacation. Terri reassured us that Dave would take good care of us. We were apprehensive as we just established a relationship with Terri. Even though we were not successful in purchasing a home in the short time we worked with her, we truly appreciated her knowledge, frankness, and professionalism. Upon meeting Dave, we viewed him as a very conscientious and knowledgeable realtor. He values his time as well as his client’s time. He is quick to respond to all phone calls and all emails in a quick manner. Dave is an agent that puts his clients’ best interests front and center from touring house #one to the closing. He can recommend top notch roofers, painters and other tradesmen with no hesitation. He stays on top of the entire process and keeps you continuously in the loop. He can advise you and negotiate for you fairly and successfully. We truly feel we moved from realtor to friend. Are you looking for a realtor that will advise you and negotiate for you successfully? Are you looking for a realtor that will communicate with you from day one to closing? Give David Rottkamp a call. He is the realtor for you.

Dave Rottkamp was fantastic. Not knowing the area, we were very dependent on his knowledge. He was honest with us - about communities, home values, etc and really seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for. Thanks, Dave!

David Rottkamp was our Buyer's Agent when we purchased this house nine years ago. He live nearby and is very familiar with buying and selling houses in this area. We had a long negotiation with the buyer, but Dave never got flustered. He was respectful and handled everything in a professional manner. He maintained all contact with the buyer and only brought us in when necessary. This was a big help to us.

David Rottkamp knows Lake Wallenpaupack very well and is familiar with essentially all of the houses on the market. Because he has lived and worked on the lake for many years, he is a great resource to understand the rules, regulations and also a big help with recommending contractors when work is needed.

Outstanding service! Dave always went above and beyond what you would expect from your realtor! Highly recommend allowing him the opportunity to represent you.

I needed someone who was knowledgeable about property in Lake Ariel and who could help us get a home fast. Dave was just the man for the job.
