Dawn was exceptional to deal with. She was professional, flexible, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I hope to work with hear again soon!!!!

Dawn was so wonderful as she guided us through the home buying process! We benefitted greatly from her extensive knowledge and experience and knew we could trust her on things like the local circumstances and property valuation. She was very supportive of finding a property that met our criteria and she made looking at houses a lot of fun when it could have been stressful. We are so happy with the house we found and we know we couldn't have done it without her! Thank you, Dawn!

professional honest knowledgeable friendly readily available. excellent phone/text/email response/support. I highly recommend and would use Dawn in all real estate transactions.

The sale of my parent's house was very emotional and Dawn was very supportive and sensentive to my family's situation. Dawn communicated with me and my family regarding every step of the process. She was helpful in every way possible. When the time comes for me to move, I will be contacting Dawn! Thank you! Dawn Sibley

Dawn is an extremely knowledgeable Century 21 real estate agent! My husband & I were pleasantly surprised that Dawn knew our particular (DeKalb) neighborhood so thoroughly; she understood, respected and valued the positive features of our home which we greatly appreciated. Dawn also gave us excellent advice on what items to repair/spruce up for the sale of our house plus reassured us about the things that were acceptable to leave "as is" based on the age and price point of our home. Dawn ended up obtaining/securing a "full priced cash offer" with "zero concessions" which allowed us to make our out of state move that we desired. We highly recommend Dawn to everyone; please contact Dawn for your real estate needs!!! :)
