Dawn is professional, knowledgeable and personable. She educated me on the process and kept me well informed. Dawns open easy straightforward communication made the experience of selling my parents home less stressful. Wouldn't pick any one else!!! Thank you Dawn!!

Dawn has been our realtor for many years and for numerous property transactions. She has represented us when both selling and purchasing propeties. We are always impressed with her dedication! She represents the real esetate industry and her clients exceptionally well! We recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Dawn always goes above and beyond when listing one of my houses. She is extremely knowledgeable, fair, helpful and communicates extremely well. She is always easy to get ahold of and is dedicated to her work. It's always a pleasure working with Dawn!

Dawn was patient, sympathetic and concerned. Our property was listed at a less than optimal time of year and two buyers were unable to obtain financing, factors which delayed the sale. In spite of this, Dawn was persistent in the pursuit of buyers and always available, answering calls and messages promptly. Her knowledge of the market and the technical/legal aspects of real estate seemed solid. She seemed to rely heavily on agents operating through multiple listings and had few of her own clients. However, the final result was excellent and we recommend her.

Dawn was wonderful. She was patient with us as we searched for our perfect house. She was flexible if our wants or needs changed along the way, had quick, clear communication, and always available when we wanted to see a home. She cared about us as people and learned/values what we were looking for. She always had our best interest in mind!

Dawn does a wondeful job with every property we have listed or purchased through her. We could not rercommend her enough. Her knowledge of local markets is second to none, and she goes above and beyond. She has a work ethic for her clients that anyone is fortunate to have advocating on their behalf.

Dawn's personality and accessibility was so appreciated. Her knowledge of "smaller" house market and also being a resident of this community made the sale of our rental property smooth. Definitely an all star!

Dawn was our realtor for both our new home purchase, as well as the sale of our former home. She is very knowledgeable of the local market, local service providers, and the lenders as well. We'll continue to recommend her to our friends and family!
