Dawn is great to work with, always super accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I recommend her to all my friends!

We choose Dawn to work with us from the start of this project. She gave great advice as to what were important items to have updated on this home renovation prior to beginning, and her recommendations proved very accurate as we went to sell the property. Dawn did a wonderful job showcasing this beautiful property. Her advertisement approach helped pull in the buyers interested in this unique home. The video she had produced of the home, showcased all of the woodwork, upgrades, and charm of it perfectly! Dawn is always professional, devoted to her clients, and extremely knowledgeable of the local market. Combining all of her professional and personal skills, helped us find the right buyer for our unique home.

We have dealt with Dawn for numerous property transactions over the last few years. She is very knowledgable about the DeKalb County area and understands local markets. We solely chose her because of her knowledge, devotion to her work, and commitment to make time for all of our property transaction needs. She always puts her client's needs first.

Dawn knows the area and was quickly able to direct us to our preferred location/annenities.
