She went above and beyond for me and I would highly recommend her and/or use her again

Dawn was so wonderful to work with. She really knows her stuff and most importantly she got my house sold. Thanks so much Dawn!!

Dawn is a great agent and helped me every step of the way. She was super quick to reply to any of my questions or concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Dawn in the future or to refer her to family/friends. Thank you Dawn!!

I highly recommend Dawn Baker. She gave us good advice, had good contacts , and generally made a frustrating process easier. She was a good communicator with quick responses. We had an unusual situation (rooming house + normal house). She gave us straight honest advice, the key items to think about, what to take care of, and helped shepherd the process. Anyone looking for an trustworthy agent who will give it you the straight story should use Dawn Baker.

Dawn was great. She made everything almost to easy. All I had to do is sign on the line.
