Dawn blew me away with her local knowledge of the area, along with her countless local contacts with other agencies. She was able to get me into a home that was listed that day; despite other requests being denied. I put in an offer that night and this is to Dawn the negotiations went smoothly. She recommends, but doesn’t push, banks, lawyers, inspectors; and knows just about EVERYBODY in the industry.

I highly recommend Dawn Baker. She is excellent. Dawn was on top of everything and was always available to answer questions. She is genuinely compassionate. I was extremely impressed by her ability, professionalism and disposition.

Dawn was extremely helpful in all aspects of searching for and buying a home. We were on a tight schedule to find a house/move and Dawn was on top of everything and reminded us of all necessary deadlines. She is very knowledgeable in ALL areas. We could not have asked for a better experience in buying our first home!

Dawn is such a wonderful person. We were looking for a realtor and we found a friend! She is so kind helpful. We trusted her instantly and she made us feel so comfortable and informed regarding our first home purchase! She was prompt, and always available when we needed her, communication was easy and timely! I will recommend Dawn to everyone I know, we are so thankful to have found her!

Dawn Baker did an outstanding job. Being a first time home buyer, I felt very comfortable asking her questions about the process. Dawn understood what I wanted in a home & worked within my price range. We found a home that was perfect for me. Dawn also recommended top notch inspectors & contractors. Working with Dawn was a wonderful experience and I will recommend her to my friends & co-workers. I am a very happy homeowner.

Dawn is the easiest and the hardest working realtor I have ever dealt with. She answered all my calls right away and if she didn't know the answer she got back to me right away. She is a top notch person and a wonderful realtor!
