Dawn was excellent to work with. She was there when ever I needed her & always took the time to go over everything I had questions on. She is extremely knowledgeable on the whole process. Her friendly disposition made it a pleasure to work with her.

We enjoyed working with Dawn. A factor in choosing her as our realtor was her sales record and the professional appearance of her listings. We were very pleased by the listing she developed and professional photographer she brought in for our listing pictures. We knew we were listing at a bad time of year but Dawn was tireless in marketing our property and we had several showings even around the holidays. When we started getting offers Dawn worked with us dealing with a couple of difficult potential buyers. When a last minute dream buyer appeared Dawn worked quickly to make sure that deal was as favorable for us as possible. She followed through the closing process keeping us informed of options right up to closing day. We have bought and sold several houses so we are very familiar with the process. We have rarely worked with anyone as hard working and just plain nice as Dawn. We highly recommend Dawn Baker.

Very responsive, attentive, thorough, and looked out for our needs.

Dawn was more accommodating than I could have asked for in my realtor. Dawn worked with us several times late at night to look at houses or write up contracts. Dawn has a great eye when looking at houses and often pointed out things that we did not see. Overall, there is no realtor I would rather work with!

Dawn Baker sets the high bar for performance and support in her partnership with clients in the real estate market. She is efficient, effective, and timely in all aspects of the marketing, sales, and closing process. Dawn is very personable and enjoyable to work with.

Thanks Dawn and everyone who showed the house.

Dawn is very knowledgeable about DeKalb and able to provide a lot of information about our new neighborhood. Dawn is great to work with and very easy to get a hold of. She is very quick to respond too. Dawn is great!
