Very friendly and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with. Always timely and professional. Wouldn’t use any one else. The best. We’ve used Dawn Christensen several times. Always a wonderful experience.

My husband and I would highly recommend Dawn Christensen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We first met Dawn 5+ years ago when she sold our first home for us. She impressed us with her positive and energetic attitude of how to stage and sell our home in some difficult times. She listed and sold our home for $20,000 more than other agents offered to list and in 10 days! Each of our 3 other homes we sold with Dawn sold in less than 2 weeks! Each experience was outstanding. She (and Dianne) always put our concerns at ease and made each sale seamless. The buying process with Dawn Christensen has been amazing. She was patient and helpful through each purchase. She has gotten to know our likes and dislikes with buying each new home. She has helped us through some interesting sales and purchases always with a smile on her face and understanding mannerism.

My wife and I had worked with Dawn previously in the purchase and sale of our previous home. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and has a great team of employees who are quick to respond to questions and always on top of the details. Dawn is very sweet and able to find what you want and get the job done. We always enjoyed our time with Dawn, and it was a bittersweet when she found us our home because this one is the "forever" home and now we may not have the opportunity to work with her again. We highly recommend Dawn and would always return to her for any of our real estate needs.
